The EFC Cup is Seattle's premier tournament. Held at Starfire Sports, the best soccer facility in the Pacific Northwest, the EFC Cup is the perfect end to the Summer.

The 2025 EFC Cup will feature an elite division, including ECNL teams and other clubs from up and down the West Coast.​ For more information, email us at tournaments@eastsidefc.org.

Competition
Multiple Divisions for teams entering the tournament. The elite division will feature ECNL teams and top teams from around the country. There will also be divisions for other premier-level teams.

Games
The Eastside Cup teams will play one game per-day. Each team will have a 3-game minimum with the Finals on Monday.

Starfire Sports is the premier soccer facility in the Puget Sound area, with grass and turf fields, indoor soccer, soccer store, coffee shop, and pizzeria. For those visiting Seattle, the city provides many different attractions, such as the Space Needle, Pike's Market, and major sporting events.

Girls U9-U15 Premier teams, including ECNL
Game Formats
7v7 games: 25 minute halves
9v9 games: 25 minute halves
11v11 games: 35 minute halves
3- game minimum
One game per day
