How does tournament team check-in work?

Tournament check-in is completed entirely online through athlete one, the system your team used to apply for the tournament. There is no in-person team check-in.Each team must upload a signed, official roster to Athlete One by the tournament check-in deadline. Do player waivers need to be uploaded?

No. Individual player waivers do not need to be uploaded to Athlete One.Teams should have completed waivers available throughout the tournament in case they are requested by tournament staff.Are there additional requirements for out-of-state teams?Yes. Players on teams traveling from outside Washington must complete and sign the Washington Concussion Compliance Form.  Completed forms may be submitted together as a team by email to tournaments@eastsidefc.org or provided to Andrew Dortch, Eastside FC Tournament Director, on the first day of the tournament.Teams traveling from outside the state of Washington must also send a Permission to Travel form to tournaments@eastsidefc.org prior to arriving. Is there an admission fee?
No. There is no admission fee for spectators at any Eastside FC Cup venue.

Is there a parking fee?
Starfire Sports charges a parking fee, which is managed and collected by Starfire Sports, not Eastside FC. Parking is free at the other tournament venues.

Lost and Found

The tournament Lost & Found is located inside the main building at Starfire Sports. It is operated by Starfire, not Eastside FC, and lost items should not be brought to or picked up from the Eastside FC main tournament tent.
When possible, items found at other Eastside FC Cup locations will be transported to the Lost & Found at Starfire.

Photography and Video

Is photography and videography allowed?

Yes. Parents and spectators are welcome to photograph and record games from designated spectator areas.Parents filming matches must remain on the parent/spectator sideline. Veo, Trace, Hudl and similar camera systems are permitted. 
Parents, spectators and other non-staff or credentialed volunteers may not enter the field of play at any time, including before games, during matches or after the final whistle.
Outside or commercial photographers do not receive special field access unless they have been specifically approved and credentialed by Eastside FC.
Eastside FC will have a team of credentialed volunteer photographers working throughout the tournament in designated areas. Many of their images will be uploaded to Eastside FC Cup photo galleries and made available to participating teams and families shortly after the tournament. Because these photographers are volunteers covering a large tournament, Eastside FC cannot guarantee photography of every team, match or individual player.
Eastside FC will also take official team photos of tournament champions and finalists following championship matches. These photos will be made available through the same Eastside FC Cup photo galleries shortly after the tournament. Teams will be sent a link to the Eastside FC Cup Smug Mug galleries.

Awards

All Eastside FC Cup championship matches will be played Monday at Starfire Sports.
Following each championship match, both the champions and finalists will proceed to the Eastside FC tournament tent for the awards presentation.
Champions will receive individual medals and a team trophy.Finalists will receive individual medals.
Eastside FC tournament photographers will take official team photos during the awards presentation. Once the tournament photographer has finished, parents and families will have an opportunity to take their own team photos.

Where are the restrooms?

Starfire SportsRestrooms are available near the stadium and concession area, inside the main building, and near Fields 9 and 10 at the rear of the complex.
Preston ParkRestroom facilities are located in the building near the playground.
Valley RidgeRestrooms are located in the building near the concessions and main entrance as well near the back.

Will there be Eastside FC Cup merchandise?

Yes. A selection of Eastside FC Cup merchandise will be available exclusively at Starfire Sports during the tournament. Tournament merchandise will be sold from the merchandise truck near the Eastside FC headquarters tent in the main Starfire plaza.Can I preorder tournament merchandise?
We are working to confirm this option and expect families to be able to pre-order Eastside FC Cup merchandise online before the tournament. If confirmed, a pre-order link and pickup details will be shared in advance.Is Champions apparel available?Yes. Players whose teams win an Eastside FC Cup championship may choose to have CHAMPIONS and/or their player number heat-pressed onto the back of eligible apparel purchased at the tournament. Champions customization will be available on-site following championship matches, subject to item availability and production capacity.
