Club Pathway
A clear progression through teams, levels, and opportunities within Eastside FC.
Eastside FC’s club pathway is designed to give players the right level of challenge as they grow. Players may move through different teams and competitive environments over time based on development, readiness, performance, and individual goals.
The pathway is not always linear. Players develop at different rates, and movement between teams or levels can happen at different stages. Our goal is to place players in an environment where they can continue to improve and be appropriately challenged.
Movement Within the Pathway
Team placement is not a permanent label. Players can move between teams and levels as their development changes. Coaches and directors evaluate players over time with the goal of matching each player with the environment that best supports continued growth.
Where the Pathway Can Lead
For some players, the club pathway may lead to ECNL, college soccer, professional academies, national-team environments, or other elite opportunities. For others, success may mean continuing to compete, grow, and enjoy the game at the right level.
