Women & Girls at Eastside FC
Creating more opportunities for girls and women to play, lead, coach and stay connected to the game.
Eastside FC is committed to strengthening the experience of girls and women across every part of the club. That includes the players on the field, the coaches who lead them, the women who have come through Eastside FC, and the next generation still discovering the game.
This work is just getting started and represents a growing strategic priority for the club. We are focused on creating more meaningful opportunities, improving the player experience, strengthening pathways for women to coach and lead, and building deeper connections to the women’s game. More programs, partnerships and experiences will follow as this work continues to grow.
Our focus is centered around four areas:
Female Coaching Excellence
Recruiting, developing and supporting more women in coaching and leadership roles throughout the club.
Player Experience
Creating an environment where girls are challenged, supported and connected to a strong sense of belonging.
Signature Events
Building experiences that bring players, families, coaches and alumni together around the women’s game.
Community Outreach
Expanding access to soccer and creating more opportunities for young girls in our community to participate.
