Post your photos and videos, tag or collaborate with @waeastsidefc, and use #EastsideFCCup for a chance to be featured on our Instagram throughout the tournament. You can also upload your photos directly to Eastside FC for consideration.
By uploading photos or videos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant Eastside FC permission to use, edit and publish the content for club-related promotional and communications purposes. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Official and Volunteer Photography
Eastside FC Cup photographers will be capturing tournament action throughout the weekend, including official photos of Champions and Finalists.
In addition, credentialed Eastside FC parent volunteer photographers will be covering matches from designated field-level areas. Volunteers are asked to capture and share photos of both Eastside FC and opposing teams whenever possible.
With hundreds of matches taking place, photography coverage of every team, game or individual player cannot be guaranteed.
Photography and Videography by Parents and Clubs
Parents, spectators and club staff are welcome to photograph and record matches from designated spectator areas. Please remain on the spectator sideline and do not enter the field of play, team areas or other restricted locations.
Veo, Trace, Hudl and similar camera systems are permitted and should be set up in approved spectator areas without interfering with play, team benches, officials or tournament operations.
Only photographers specifically approved and credentialed by Eastside FC may access designated field-level photography areas.​
Complemtary Tournament Photos
Tournament photos, including team photos of Champions and Finalists, will be uploaded to the Eastside FC Cup SmugMug galleries as they become available.
Participating clubs, teams and families are welcome to view and download available photos for personal, team and club-use only.
Official Tournament Merchanside
A selection of Eastside FC Cup merchandise will be available exclusively at Starfire Sports during the tournament. Tournament merchandise will be sold from the merchandise truck near the Eastside FC headquarters tent in the main Starfire plaza.
Is Champions apparel available?
Yes. Players whose teams win an Eastside FC Cup championship may choose to have CHAMPIONS and/or their player number heat-pressed onto the back of eligible apparel purchased at the tournament. Champions customization will be available on-site following championship matches, subject to item availability and production capacity.
