What is the check-in process?
Check-In is ALL online on TGS. Each team must upload a signed, official roster to TGS NO LATER than 8:00AM on August 21st, 2025, or you will forfeit your first match.
We DO NOT need waivers for each player uploaded to TGS - please have them on hand at the tournament
Please have your player cards on hand at the tournament as well
Teams from out-of-state will need to have their players fill out and sign the Washington Concussion Compliance Form
These forms can be sent, as an entire team, via email to tournaments@eastsidefc.org or turned into Andrew Dortch, Eastside FC Tournament Director, on the first day of the tournament
Locations, field amenities, parking and more
The vast majority of games will be at Starfire Sports Complex - with some games on Friday at Valley Ridge, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at Preston Park, and Sunday at North SeaTac Park.

The EFC Cup is Seattle's premier tournament. Held at Starfire Sports, the best soccer facility in the Pacific Northwest, the EFC Cup is the perfect end to the Summer.

Multiple Divisions for teams entering the tournament. The elite division will feature ECNL teams and top teams from around the country. There will also be divisions for other premier-level teams.

The Eastside Cup teams will play one game per-day. Each team will have a 3-game minimum with the Finals on Monday.

Starfire Sports is the premier soccer facility in the Puget Sound area, with grass and turf fields, indoor soccer, soccer store, coffee shop, and pizzeria. For those visiting Seattle, the city provides many different attractions, such as the Space Needle, Pike's Market, and major sporting events.
