We are thrilled to announce that Hannah Deighton has been promoted as our club’s Internship Program Director. The program began in 2019 and has an established track-record as a strong recruiting and development tool for up-and-coming coaches at Eastside. Hannah herself is a product of the program that aims to create a dynamic experience for our players, encourage our coaching staff to be lifelong learners, and help young men and women be inspired and mentored as they evolve into coaches.
Hannah’s commitment to success on and off the field ensures the program will grow under her leadership. Hannah shared: “I am excited to be part of Eastside’s Internship program that has been fruitful in bringing new coaches into the fold at our club. This program lends well in showcasing what great coaches we already have within the club and fostering an environment that encourages mentoring to inspire a growth mindset from more than just our players.”
Our intern program formally runs June, July, and August, but we have interns on staff year-round. We prioritize hiring college graduates and upperclassmen and always welcome Eastside alumni! Please welcome us in congratulating Hannah and sending your best and brightest referrals her way.
