Victor has been passionate about soccer since he was a young boy growing up in Hong Kong, where he first fell in love and became obsessed with the sport. His dedication and talent propelled him to play competitively during his youth after his family immigrated to the United States. Unfortunately, a knee injury ended his playing career, but his love for the game never faded. Since 2015, Victor has successfully transitioned into coaching youth soccer, where he has shared his knowledge and enthusiasm at recreational, select, and premier levels. With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, Victor is committed to nurturing the next generation of soccer players and helping them reach their fullest potential.

Victor firmly believes that participating in soccer and other sports at a young age builds character, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment while preparing them for life through teamwork. As a passionate soccer coach, Victor strives to foster his players' growth by creating a positive learning environment where his players understand high expectations and standards to optimize their development. Providing structured opportunities for skill progression and exposing players to challenges enhances their decision-making and execution under pressure, ultimately building their competence and confidence. Victor believes that effective leadership is essential to maintaining desired standards, ensuring that each player feels supported and valued in their personal and athletic development.  Victor currently holds a USSF National D License, reflecting his commitment to formal coaching education and player-centered development. He is dedicated to continuing his professional growth by pursuing higher-level licenses, ensuring he remains equipped with the latest methodologies to better serve his players.

Victor brings a unique blend of discipline and leadership to his role as a soccer coach, shaped by his parallel career as an attorney running his own law firm. His professional experience has sharpened his ability to communicate effectively, make strategic decisions, and mentor others - qualities he carries onto the field. Off the pitch, Victor is supported by a strong family foundation, including his wife and their daughter, who has been playing at Eastside since the age of nine, further deepening his connection to the club and its community.
