Born and raised in Torquay, England, Tim brings over 40 years of experience in soccer as both a player and coach.

He most recently served as National Head Coach at TOCA Football and spent eight successful years at XFire Premier, where he helped guide players through key stages of their development. Tim also spent five years on the coaching staff of the Women’s Sounders team and held a part-time scouting role with U.S. Soccer.

Tim is passionate about fostering a player-centric environment that encourages creativity on the pitch. His coaching philosophy emphasizes an attacking style of play, built on a strong technical foundation and intelligent decision-making.

After two years in California, he has recently returned to the Pacific Northwest. Outside of coaching, Tim enjoys traveling, live music, trail biking and watching his daughter play. He remains an active supporter of the local soccer community.
