Shaun is a UEFA A Licensed Coach and USSF Coach Educator with more than 15 years of experience across professional, collegiate, and elite youth soccer. His background spans the English Football League, MLS Next, UPSL, and top youth programs in both the U.S. and England.

Shaun brings a player-centered approach grounded in high performance standards, talent identification, and modern match analysis. He has served in first-team coaching and analyst roles at clubs including Blackpool FC, Morecambe FC, and Reading FC, while also leading successful programs in the U.S. at the youth, high school, and semi-professional levels.

Known for building strong cultures and clear development pathways, Shaun is passionate about long-term player growth, coach education, and creating environments where players can thrive both on and off the field.
