FROM INTERN TO COACH

"Starting as an intern here was a fantastic holistic experience for me. The hands-on experience and mentorship helped me build confidence in not only developing a style of play but also the culture of a team. The mentors I have at the club have helped kick start my coaching career. I still go to them to this day for advice or just to watch their sessions and learn. Being surrounded by experienced coaches who genuinely want you to succeed makes all the difference."

- Sean Rash, Current Eastside FC Head Coach
