Tim Reynolds Named Girls ECNL Director

Eastside FC is thrilled to announce Tim Reynolds as our new Girls ECNL Director, a role that reflects the impact he’s made since joining the club. Born and raised in Torquay, England, Tim brings over 40 years of experience as both a player and coach. He has served as National Head Coach at TOCA Football, spent eight successful years at XFire Premier, worked with the Women’s Sounders, and even contributed as a part-time scout with U.S. Soccer. Tim’s coaching philosophy emphasizes creativity, an attacking style of play, and smart decision-making—all rooted in strong technical foundations.

“Over the past year, Tim has made a strong impact at Eastside FC as both an ECNL coach and Technical Director,” says Tom Bialek, Director of Soccer. “His experience, attention to detail, and player-first approach have elevated daily training and long-term development. Appointing Tim as Girls ECNL Director is a natural next step, as his technical expertise, attacking mindset, and leadership will be invaluable as he continues to coach and lead our ECNL Girls program.”

Tim’s return to the Pacific Northwest a year ago marked an exciting chapter for both him and Eastside FC. He serves as the club's Technical Director and coach for the G12 ECNL team. With his passion for player development and deep understanding of the game, Tim is ready to guide our ECNL Girls program to new heights.
