Elliot Fauske is a Seattle native who spent part of his childhood in Spokane, where he continued developing his love for the game. He began playing soccer at age five and competed through his youth years before going on to attend Seattle University. Elliot also gained experience at the professional level, playing indoor soccer for both the Rochester Lancers and the Tacoma Stars.

Elliot brings more than a decade of coaching experience, having worked with boys and girls of all ages at Mercer Island FC. He also leads Soccer Fun Camp, a program designed to introduce and develop players from 18 months to 12 years old in an engaging and supportive environment. He holds a U.S. Soccer D License.

His coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive, enjoyable experience where players develop strong fundamentals while having the freedom to express their own style of play. Elliot emphasizes teamwork, competitiveness, and the importance of playing for one another.

For Elliot, soccer has always been more than just a game. It has been a lifelong passion and a source of lasting friendships, and he is committed to passing that same love for the game on to the next generation of players.
