INTERN PROGRAM

Eastside FC’s intern program provides opportunities on and off the field for young women and men to grow their coaching abilities and understand how an elite sports business is run.  Our mission is to cultivate an environment of mentorship to support those interested in coaching on their path forward.  We believe that creating culture, community, and infrastructure to better hire, train, and retain the best leaders in the game is a meaningful way to impact our Eastside community.  Our intern program creates a dynamic experience for our players, encourages our coaching staff to be lifelong learners, and expands on our commitment to “building champions in life” by helping young women and men envision many paths forward to continue engaging with the game as they grow.

 

Our program includes on-the-field experience, USSF coaching education, curriculum to teach the business side of professional coaching, and mentorship that lasts a lifetime.  We also place interns in business functions such as marketing, operations, and technology.  Our intern program formally runs June, July, and August but we always have interns who stay on through the year.  Please reach out to join us.
