I grew up in Issaquah Washington and fell in love with soccer around the age of 8. I played on Eastside FC 90’ Red for 8 seasons, winning three State Championships and finishing runners up twice. In this time I went to Issaquah High School and was a four year starter and team captain on the varsity squad, earning Kingco MVP and multiple All State Selections. After u18 at Eastside I played one season for the Crossfire Development Academy u18 and we lost to Vardaar of Michigan in the national championship game to finish 2nd in the nation.

After graduating high school I went to play soccer at the University of Washington. During this time I also played semi professionally in leagues around Washington State. Unfortunately a knee injury derailed my career and I hung up my boots early at age 20. It was at this time that I began coaching to fill the void that not playing anymore had left. I quickly realized that I have a love for teaching, working with youth, and of course staying connected to the soccer scene.

I worked at Coerver Coaching, a world renowned soccer skills school, as a technical trainer and player development specialist for five years. In this time I worked with players across the full spectrum of youth soccer - from four year olds playing for the first time up to Division 1 players looking to improve their game and stay sharp for the college season or get ready for the pros. I also earned certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association to better understand how to physically prepare players who want to make it to higher levels. As a coach I want to provide the best instruction possible for my players. I want to develop smart, technical, athletic soccer players who have a passion for the game. I am very happy and excited to be working for Eastside FC, the place where I first learned to love the game myself.
