As a coach, I want to create a positive learning environment for players of all levels. I strive to coach a possession style of play with a strong emphasis on proper technique and good awareness to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure. Coaching players to be confident on and off the ball while on the field. I want players to find their own love of the game through their effort, passion, willingness to learn, and most importantly, having fun learning and playing the game.
Growing up in Des Moines and playing collegiately in Seattle, I have seen a lot of positive changes in the soccer community and want to continue to effect positive changes.

My wife, Marcie and two daughters, Masyn and Ella currently live in Issaquah. When I’m not on the field coaching you’ll find me with my family in Chelan enjoying the sun, exploring Cougar Mountain while on a hike with my dog, Frank or trying to fit in a bit of soccer of my own.
My favourite soccer memory would be simply playing 2v2 in the park with my friend against his older brother, we didn’t win that often…but we learned a lot about the game.
