Skill Focus
The FAST program focuses on both the Mental and Physical aspects of the game:
  • Conditioning
  • Proper Running Form / Technique
  • Speed / Agility / Explosiveness / Change of Direction
  • Body Control / Flexibility/ Range of Motion
  • Individual Responsibility and Work Ethic
  • Testing to Document and Measure Progress

What to Bring
Wear training attire, including all-purpose training shoes, and bring a water bottle. 
Class Size
Classes are co-ed, with 10 athletes to 1 coach. Camp and holiday offerings can vary in class size.
Session Length Sessions typically run 90 minutes, once a week for 6 weeks. Programs are scheduled throughout the year.
Programs typically costs $20 per 90-minute training session.  Camp and holiday offerings can vary in pricing and program duration.
